We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a multilingual team supporting a leading company in the telecommunications sector.

Your Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with account, billing, service and technical-related enquiries while providing a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
- Assist with account, billing and service-related enquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Provide information about products, services and platform features
- Escalate more complex Company Confidential when needed
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to service improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Italian and English
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service or contact centre environments is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital tools and Company Confidential
- Customer-focused and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Contract & Working Conditions
- Fully remote within mainland Portugal
- Company Confidential to Friday
- Rotating 8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 18:00
- Availability to work on public holidays when scheduled
- Public holiday work is compensated with additional payment
- Permanent contract after 6 months
Compensation Package
- Base salary: €920/month
- Language allowance: €250/month
- Multiskill bonus: €150/month
- Performance bonus: up to €360/month
- Attendance allowance: €110/month
- Flex work allowance: €60/month
- Meal allowance: €10.20 per working day
