- copy the listings into a competing database or resell them;
- try to break, probe or get around access controls;
- use the site to distribute malware, spam or fraudulent job adverts.
04 / Listing accuracy
Listings are supplied by third parties and may be wrong, outdated or withdrawn at any time. We make reasonable checks but don’t guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, genuine or still open. Confirm the details with the employer before relying on them.
05 / Third-party sites
Apply and source links go to websites we don’t operate. Their content, security and data handling are their responsibility, and visiting them is your choice.
06 / Ownership
The RemoteNest name, design and original text belong to us. Job titles and descriptions belong to the employers and sources that published them and are shown here for indexing and referral. Removing a posting at its original source removes it here on the next refresh.
07 / No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteNest is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or its listings, including lost income, missed opportunities, or losses caused by a fraudulent third party.
