Data we process
Request logs
Our server keeps standard access logs for each request: IP address, timestamp, URL requested, referrer and browser user-agent. They’re used to keep the site running, understand load and block abusive scraping. Logs aren’t linked to any identity and are kept only as long as they serve those purposes.
Aggregate daily counts
A simple per-day total of search-engine crawler visits and apply-link clicks. These are numbers, not records of individuals.
Search queries
What you type into the search box is sent to our server to build the results page. It answers that request and isn’t associated with you.
Cookies
None of ours. Every page works with cookies disabled, which is why there’s no consent banner.
Third parties
Font delivery
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. When your browser downloads them, Google receives your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy.
Where apply links lead
Apply links open the employer’s or job source’s website. From that point their privacy policy governs what happens; anything you enter there is sent to them and never passes through RemoteNest.
Hosting provider
Our host processes the request logs above on our behalf so the site can be served.
Payments
No page on RemoteNest asks for payment information. A page that does is not ours.
Children
The site is intended for people of working age and is not aimed at children under 13.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may be entitled to request access to, or deletion of, data about you. Because we hold no account data, this in practice covers server logs only. Server logs are rotated automatically and are not linked to any account or profile.
Updates
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
