Recruiter (Customer Service)

Company Confidential, an EV Company Confidential company, is looking for a Recruiter (Customer Service) for their Remote location. Responsibilities: Act as a partner to leaders across Commercial, turning Company Confidential plans into prioritized hiring strategies and clear success profiles. Provide market and compensation Company Confidential for commercial talent to influence recruiting strategy and decisions. Lead intake and calibration sessions, mapping competencies to interview plans and coaching managers on evidence-based evaluation. Own end-to-end recruiting for high-volume roles—from Company Confidential brief and sourcing strategy to offer, close, and handoff. Execute multi-channel sourcing plans (direct outreach, referrals, and Company Confidential-enabled search) to generate pipelines for hard-to-fill commercial roles and locations. Facilitate debriefs and drive structured decision-making, ensuring a clear documentation of rationale and tradeoffs for Company Confidential hire. Identify and remove process friction in the recruiter journey, simplifying Company Confidential and feedback loops to protect candidate experience. Leverage Company Confidential and ATS to automate manual tasks without eroding candidate quality or experience. Ensure Company Confidential candidate receives a clear, respectful, and timely journey, acting as a brand ambassador for Client’s mission. Requirements: 5–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments, with a strong track record in Automotive Service, Sales, Customer Service, or Commercial operations. Proven success owning complex searches, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping strategy for roles. Demonstrated ability to execute talent mapping and long-term nurture strategies for hard-to-fill passive talent. Experience using funnel metrics (pass-through rates, time-to-fill) to diagnose bottlenecks and influence hiring decisions. Proficiency with Company Confidential ecosystems and a practical view of where Company Confidential/automation adds value to the recruiting process. Ability to prioritize and maintain high standards across multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment. Why Should You Apply?
